Since entering Motherhood myself, I have made it my mission to get other Mums in front of my lens so they have their motherhood captured and those moments now frozen forever to keep. We all know motherhood is a wild ride, a blur at times and I want you in the frame with your tiny little humans so you can look back and remember every age. Those precious milestones we use to only wonder about. Pregnancy, those first few weeks soaking in that newborn bubble, those 6 month milestones and every year after. Let’s create memories while you’re all under one roof.

My Approach
Hi, I'm Caitlin! I offer a super relaxed experience.
I will gently guide you the whole way, offering prompts and direction so you know exactly what to do.Your family session can look however you want it to. An afternoon at the beach, an in-home session having morning tea and playing in the backyard.
I want to capture the things you want to remember the most. Family sessions are all about connection. Spending this one uninterrupted hour soaking up your little ones.This is their childhood but it is also
your Motherhood and that deserves to be captured!

WHAT TO EXPECT
Experience the most out of our family session together.
Family photos aren’t about stiff poses or perfect smiles. They’re about the way your little one’s hand fits in yours, the quiet glance you share with your partner, the laughter that spills out when no one’s trying too hard. These are the moments you’ll want to hold onto, and that’s exactly what we’ll capture together.
Whether we’re outside at sunset, hanging out barefoot at home on a slow morning, or keeping things simple and timeless in a beautiful Auckland studio, the session is all about slowing down and soaking in the goodness of right now.
I’ll help you find the perfect spot with a guide full of dreamy location options. You'll also have access to my client wardrobe, full of soft, beautiful pieces you’re welcome to borrow, so you can spend less time stressing and more time enjoying the moment.
And if you’ve got outfits you already love, send them my way. I’ll help make sure everything flows together and feels just right for the space we’re in.
At the end of the day, it’s about connection, not perfection. Let’s make something beautiful, together.
THE PROCESS
Our Session Flow
Book in a session date.Sign and return some t’s and c’s and pay your deposit.
BOOK
Choose your location from my location guide. Start planning your outfits with the help of my client wardrobe. You can do more then one outfit if you like.
PREPARE
I will send you our meeting directions approximately one week before our session and a text on the day to say I can’t wait for our session together.
SHOOT
You will receive your edited proof gallery 3 weeks after our shoot date. You will be able to select your favourites or upgrade to the full gallery if you wish.
DELIVER
Don’t leave your photos as digital files. There is a print store connected to your final gallery so you can enjoy them as physical copies, hold them in your hands and hang them on the walls of your home.
GOT QUESTIONS?
FAQ's
Q: What if it rains on our shoot day?
A: We can shoot in any weather condition except for rain and exceptionally strong winds. I will watch the weather leading up to our session and make a call on the day. I will be in touch via text and if it looks as if the rain is to interfere then I will offer you my next available date. In home sessions may be rescheduled if it is super dark and not enough natural light is avaialble.
Q: What time will my shoot be?
A: Outdoor shoots are captured one hour before sunset for the best light. This changes depending on the time of year.
In-home and studio shoots are usually done mid-morning around 11 am.
Q: How long does it take to receive my images?
A: I have a turn around time of 3 weeks from the date of our shoot. If our shoot falls on a weekend, please allow to the following Monday to receive your gallery. You will then have 3 days to make your selects or choose to upgrade to more imagery of the full gallery if you wish.
Q: When is full payment due?
A: A 20% deposit is due within 2 days of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance of your chosen collection is due the week of our shoot, prior to your session. Once you have received your proof gallery, you can easily upgrade to another collection if you wish.
